1. New Conversation Automation

Our first and most exciting update is our new Conversation Automation feature that will transform how you conduct surveys and gather critical data from your audience. This feature allows you to integrate in-text surveys with automated responses driven by logic you set up directly within our platform.

Whether you’re conducting a political poll, gathering feedback from supporters, or running a survey for a nonprofit initiative, Conversation Automation streamlines the entire process and gives you more control over your data collection.

2. Introducing the Text Now Dashboard

We’re thrilled to introduce our groundbreaking new Text Now Dashboard - a centralized messaging hub revolutionizing how teams manage their projects. 

The dashboard eliminates the need to switch between different accounts, improving team collaboration by ensuring all texters can clearly view the projects the account admins assign. Check out our demo video to see the dashboard in action. 

3. Texting Teams

This major update focuses on giving admins more control over their teams with Texting Teams, conveniently located in the account dropdown menu. 

Admins can now:

1. Invite new texters
2. Request a new texting team
3. Add or remove texters from teams

Whether you’re working with a small group or a large, multi-tiered organization, this functionality makes managing who’s texting for which project easier and provides a more evident hierarchy of responsibility within your campaigns. 4. Import Contact Lists Across Multiple Accounts

We know time is of the essence when managing large-scale texting campaigns. That's why we've introduced the ability to simultaneously import contact lists across multiple accounts to streamline your contact management, saving you valuable time.

5. Reports via API

For those who rely on our API for more advanced reporting and data management, we’ve rolled out a fantastic new feature: Reports via API. This update allows API customers to generate and receive their reports without logging into the portal manually, saving you time and hassle if you’re working with third-party tools or custom dashboards.

Additionally, we’ve added the ability to receive reports via email as long as the file size is under 10MB. Whether you prefer automation or direct email delivery, we’ve got you covered.

6. Fun Send Button Animations

Sometimes, the small things make a big difference, especially when they add a little joy to your day-to-day tasks. Our latest update to the "Text Now" view on mobile devices introduces fun send button animations!

Here’s how it works: every time you send a text, the send button will trigger a cute little animation. Consider it a mini celebration for every successful text you send!



While this feature might seem like a lighthearted addition, it reflects our commitment to creating a practical and enjoyable user experience. Because who says industry-leading technology can’t also be fun?
