Built for Scale: 3 New Enterprise Features to Streamline Operations

Purpose-built features to simplify subaccount workflows, increase brand recognition, and maximize team efficiency
At RumbleUp, we’re always evolving to meet the needs of our clients, including enterprise and high-volume teams. With experience supporting over 3,500 organizations and building 55+ client-inspired and requested features, we’ve developed a high-impact texting platform that adapts to a wide range of operational structures and campaign scales.
Earlier this year, we introduced foundational upgrades in enhanced billing controls, custom-branded short links, and unlimited reporting - check out the full breakdown.
Now, we’re excited to highlight three new powerful enterprise-grade features designed to boost efficiency, simplify subaccount organization and billing, and streamline daily workflows so your team can text smarter, faster, and at scale.
RollUp Billing
What it is:
RollUp Billing is a highly requested, centralized billing solution for organizations managing multiple subaccounts. It allows the master account to oversee balances and pricing across all linked accounts, eliminating the need for constant fund transfers between them.
🔄 Before: Master account owners had to manually move funds into each subaccount - a process that often took extra time and left room for financial oversights.
✅ Now: Subaccounts can automatically draw from the master account’s shared balance and discounted pricing, ensuring accurate budgeting and consistent rates across your entire organization.
Note: When RollUp billing is on, TCR fees are deducted from the master account balance instead of each sub-account.
How to use it:
To enable RollUp Billing, reach out to our Client Success team at helpdesk@rumbleup.com. We'll activate it for your organization and configure your connected subaccounts to align with your master account’s balance and pricing structure.
Update Short Link Functionality
What it is:
With this update, clients with custom short domains can have their links shortened to just 5–7 characters, helping you keep character counts low to keep your messages clean and professional.
Note: This upgraded feature is available by request and requires a custom domain, which we can set up for a one-time fee of $250.
🔍 Industry Insight
In the texting industry, link-shortening tools often come with little to no delivery support. Team members who have worked with or for other texting vendors confirmed to us that many only offer basic link shortening and leave clients to troubleshoot message-sending errors due to carrier filtering or domain burn-out.
✅ Our Client-First Approach:
We designed our shortest-ever link-shortening feature with successful message delivery and client control at its core. Not only do we support custom domains, but we also provide access control for teams and subaccounts.
Most importantly, our team actively monitors your domain health, providing white-glove support to catch delivery issues early and ensure your links stay effective.

Beyond links, our exceptional Client Success team is available 7 days a week to monitor traffic across your message projects - proactively identifying potential issues to help ensure your texts are delivered safely and reliably. And if something goes wrong, you get personalized, hands-on support to make it right.
How it works:
To get started, email our Client Success team at helpdesk@rumbleup.com to request a custom domain and activate the feature on your account. Once enabled, short links will be automatically generated based on your configured settings.
You can choose from two link types:
- Basic Links come with no tracking:
- A simple short link that redirects to the original URL.
- Example: https://domain.com/02501
- Tracked Links include extra info so you can see which contact clicked. There are two versions of tracked links:
- Global tracking: Uses the same link every time for a contact.
- Example: https://domain.com/02501.ABCD123456
- Due to encryption, ENCODED can grow to 10 characters, making the entire shortened link not as short as it initially appears.
- Per-message tracking: Uses a unique link per send (shorter and cleaner).
- Example: https://domain.com/02501, 02502, etc.
- Global tracking: Uses the same link every time for a contact.
Rapid Text Now (RTN)
What it is:
Rapid Text Now is a time-saving sending mode designed for outsourced sending or internal texting teams that handle multiple high-volume message projects. When toggled on, it allows texters to click “Text Now” on any project and automatically cycle through all assigned live projects across both owner and subaccounts - without having to open each one manually.
🔄 Before: Texters had to manually open and send from each project one by one, slowing down outreach and adding extra steps.
✅ Now: RTN accelerates sending by cycling users through every eligible project automatically - reducing downtime, increasing output, and ensuring complete coverage across accounts without confusion.
How to use it:
-
Toggle on Rapid Mode from your sending view. (Note: The visual layout won’t change, but the toggle being ON confirms Rapid Mode is active)
-
Click Text Now on any project card.
-
The system will then cycle you through all live projects that:
-
Are assigned to you
-
Have a status of “live”
-
Belong to the selected account or any of its subaccounts
-
This feature is ideal for outsourced sending teams that need to move fast and ensure no live project is left behind. RTN guarantees that every active campaign receives attention - maximizing throughput and improving accuracy.
The Bottom Line:
RollUp Billing, Upgraded Short Links, and Rapid Text Now were all built with one goal in mind: to give enterprise-scale teams more control, speed, and reliability.
Whether you're managing subaccounts, improving brand recognition + delivery rates, or coordinating large texting teams, these tools make it easier to operate smarter and scale efficiently.
