1. AI Assist 🤖
Say goodbye to writing stress and hello to scripting success with AI Assist!
AI Assist is complimentary for all RumbleUp clients, just like our other industry-leading tools and features, and generates different writing tones and use case directions based on your needs.

2. Automated Text Surveys ⚙️
Currently in beta testing, our new Automated Text Survey feature will allow you to build a series of questions that will automatically be sent in a drip campaign to contacts that consent to your survey!
We have seen in-text surveys outperform text-to-web surveys by large margins. Clients have reported achieving over 20% non-DND replies to in-text surveys versus an average 2-5% reply rate to text-to-web equivalents.

3. Desktop App 💻
Our browser based app functionality is now available! You can download a RumbleUp App shortcut from Safari and Google Chrome on both desktop and mobile phones.
4. Opt-In Form Builder 📄
Creating a compliant opt-in form needed for TCR registration has never been easier. Our new Opt-In Form Builder allows you to create your form directly in the portal to attach wherever you wish to gather opt-ins online.
The builder interface has custom formatting options that allow you to add your logo and unique brand colors to your form.
5. Texter Report 💬
You can now generate a report of how many texts your texters have sent within a specified timeline. This is perfect for measuring texter contribution, and can even be used to gamify your texters' efforts!

We have more than tripled your available MMS character count to 2,000 characters!
2. Google Authentication Added to 2FA Offering ✅
We have added Google Authentication to our two-factor authentication offering to increase the security of your accounts and data.
We have also implemented many more behind-the-scenes security measures to keep your account safe and sound. Better safe than sorry!
3. Response Notifications❗
You can now choose to receive text or email notifications when contacts respond to your projects. Use customs rules to determine alert frequency, notification keywords, and more.
4. List Splitter👫
It has never been easier to manage your data within the RumbleUp portal. You can now use preset segmentation rules to split a contact segment into equal parts.
5. Improved Naming Format for Report Downloads 🔠
Downloaded portal reports are now more identifiable. The naming format now includes account name, project number, and type of file.
