3. L2 AB/EV Data Sync Integration ๐ค
Our Absentee/Early Vote Sync tool powered by L2 makes identifying ballot information for your voters as easy as a few clicks, allowing you to filter your projects by relevant groups to save time and money.
To get started, map a Secretary of State ID or L2 ID when you import your contacts into your RumbleUp portal.
4. Dynamic Filtering โ
Our new Dynamic Filtering tool is a real-time contact filter. What do we mean by โdynamicโ and โreal-timeโ? It filters your list based on the rules you set as youโre texting, which means you are getting the most up-to-date filter logic as new data comes in while sending a project.
Unlike our Custom Group tool, dynamic filtering will not create a new contact group. This cuts down on the number of lists you create and store in your contact book.
5. In-Portal Sub Account Creation Beta ๐ป
With this new feature, you no longer need to log out of your portal to create sub accounts, which means new sub accounts can now be up and running in 30 seconds.
In-portal sub account creation was one of our most requested new features, which we now offer in beta on an account-by-account basis!

Our first round of new user interface improvements to the portal launched in September included updates to the Projects, Contacts & Contact Groups, Admins, Texters, Billing, and Reports pages.
This new round of UI/UX upgrades has revamped the dashboard and custom groups to make texting with us more effortless than ever before.
The dashboard now shows the most critical top-line data about the performance of your projects.
Creating a custom group now has template options to create new groups quickly.

Simply insert the Placeholder Text for the field your data was mapped to at import at the end of your link in the Short URL creation pop-up for more advanced tracking of link engagement.
3. Contact Field Display Customization ๐ฃ
If you have ever wanted to customize a specific set of data in the contact overview display in the conversations tab, now you can!
Navigate to the "Other" tab in your Profile Details pop-up on the top right of your portal navigation and choose all the contact columns options you desire.
4. Smart Browser Tab Displays ๐ง
This is a simple but smart improvement. Now, when you hover your mouse over a portal tab that youโre not in, it will display the account name and web page link of that tab.
Smart Browser Tab Displays are great for clients who often have multiple portal pages or accounts open at the same time!
5. AI Assist Released to All Accounts ๐ค
Our revolutionary AI Assist feature is now out of beta and active on all accounts!
AI Assist is a writing tool that helps overcome writer's block to create exciting and engaging political text messages. It is complimentary for all clients, just like our other industry-leading tools and features.
It generates different writing tones and use case directions based on a campaign's or organization's individual needs.
