Dercy collaborates with candidates, campaigns, and organizations nationwide in his role on the client experience (CEX) team at RumbleUp.
With extensive experience in political campaigns and grassroots organizing, Dercy has worked in various leadership positions across the country, including serving as Campaign Manager for a competitive race in New Hampshire and as National Grassroots Director for a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit.
Dercy has successfully planned and organized large-scale political events and mobilization efforts, including America's Comeback Tour featuring Brexit leader Nigel Farage, a 15-stop, 13-state tour that drew over 3,500 attendees in just 30 days. He also spearheaded the Keep GA Red campaign, which, in just a few weeks, activated over 1,000 volunteers, hosted 17 training sessions and 5 rallies, sent 3.5 million peer-to-peer texts to voters, and knocked on more than 165,000 doors. Additionally, he launched a weekly school board candidate academy, training hundreds of prospective candidates.
As a leader in grassroots training, Dercy has equipped over 800 activists in six months with the skills to send P2P texts, contributing to the successful delivery of over 10 million texts to target voters in the 2020 election cycle.
